waystation!

So I'd had enough of dead, ratty, stuffed animals at the museum - it was time for real, pouncing, leaping, snarling ones. Yesterday I had the great privilege of another amazing trip to the Wildlife Waystation, a non-profit wildlife rescue organization specializing in exotic animals, to hang out with a pride of exceptionally lazy lions and a gorgeous, graceful beauty of a tiger.



Thanks to Gary Geraths and the wonderful volunteers at the Waystation for making the trip happen. The Waystation is a seriously amazing place, and they're operating on donations right now so be a mensch and donate a couple dollars to the Wildlife Waystation for being so awesome.
