busy busy!

So! I've been super busy the past few weeks working on a new series of paintings for an upcoming spotlight show at 88point5.com, an online gallery run by Gallery 1988. I was gonna wait until this was printed and distributed so I could show the finished product in shiny plastic and all, buuuut that will take a while and I am impatient! I've been working on an album cover and cd art for a friend's band the past couple weeks. They're called Matt Kollar and the Angry Mob, and they're amazing musicians and great people. Anyway, I did some graphite rendering and am working on adding colors in photoshop. here is the linework:
